What Glasgow homeowners say about us

"Gary and his team carried out a commercial upgrade of our bathrooms and kitchen. The communication was excellent and all timelines were adhered to. The team worked very efficiently and the work was done to a very high standard and all areas were left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We were delighted with the end result and also the cost of the project. Will be using Gary and his team again to upgrade the upstairs offices."

"We honestly couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Gary and the team at 3D Building Contracts. They designed and built our garden room to our personal specification, including the timber cladding, decking, slabs and chuckies, and the finished result is absolutely fabulous. They also brought in another company to help with our driveway, which all came together brilliantly. This wasn’t our first experience with Gary and the team. They previously fitted our new bathroom and boiler, and after being so happy with their work, we didn’t hesitate for a second to go back to them for a much bigger project. Gary genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with every detail. He works incredibly hard, takes pride in what he does and is passionate about delivering a quality finish that exceeds expectations. We would highly recommend Gary and the team at 3D Building Contracts to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking tradesmen who genuinely care about the quality of their work."

"I ask Gary and his team to fit a new bathroom for me because I was worried about dry rot underneath the bath that was there, and he was confident he could manage it easily if they found it. They did find rot and a small job of a new bathroom became a massive job. Walls were off and floors were up in adjoining rooms searching for the end of it. At every stage Gary kept me up to date and showed me the detail of each stage of the build. He was really professional in his approach, clearly taking pride in being really thorough with ever aspect of the project. Every hurdle was met with a really confident, positive attitude. Him and Frank worked so hard. I was shocked at how fast they were! They cleaned up after themselves every day. Gary went above and beyond and was really respectful with my home. The outcome was a stunning new family bathroom and a gorgeous study and an extra new small loo! I would completely recommend him and his team for any building work!"

"Gary is a lovely guy… kept me up to date when job was starting… him & Jo were hard grafters digging up the garden and laying pipe work and slabbing and then his joiner was a perfectionist with the wall panelling and securing shelves etc. Lovely bunch of guys and very professional… great job all round. Will be getting them back for other work I’m wanting done… delighted"

"Gary and his team were recommended to me and they did not disappoint. He came to look at the job and scheduled the work in very quickly. The guys worked away all week and kept the place extremely clean and tidy throughout the works. We were delighted with the finished bathroom and would recommend to anyone. 10/10"

"Gary, Frank & Joe carried out an excellent upgrade of my bathroom to shower room using wet walls instead of tiles to give a much better look. They were very conscience with their work and hoovered up clean every day. Much recommended with very competitive pricing!"

"Gary was professional, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The design has transformed the space, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! 5/5."

"Gary and his team recently completed a refit of my en-suite. Their standard of work was excellent and I would have them back again."

"Gary is the actual representation of professionalism. He is genuinely driven by customer satisfaction. He listened to all our concerns. When our bathroom needed some structural work, he explained everything in detail and provided costings etc. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re looking for someone who will complete your work to a high standard at a fair price, then Gary is your man. Professional, approachable and fair. Great job. Thank you again."

"Gary and his lads recently put in our en-suite and completed other work in the main bathroom. All work was done to a high standard and Gary went above and beyond to fix unseen issues.
